Frequently Asked Questions

We are committed to providing the highest standard of support and assistance wherever possible. If you still have any questions, feel free to Contact us.

Participants are required to have a working computer with a microphone and speaker installed.  No software needs to be installed before the training session however, we require an up-to-date web browser. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the latest Google Chrome browser.

It is recommended that you confirm beforehand with your employer whether you will have the requisite access to the online platform and URL link if you are using a work computer for training. Please be advised that Odyssey Training assumes no liability in the event that such access is unavailable on the day.

Our sessions are live and delivered by one of our expert facilitators at scheduled times. The training manuals you receive are the same for our online learning and face to face training. Our online sessions are delivered differently to suit actively engaging with you and maximising content in an online learning environment.

There are several 5 minutes stretch breaks and longer breaks for morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

If you are unsure of if online learning is suitable for you, we are happy to do a 5-minute demo to show you how it all works.
